Oh good GOD!!! Anyone see on the news about what was in a boy's ear????
He heard a weird popping noise in his ear and felt some pain - they found 2 friggin spiders camped out deep in his ear!!!

So whats the moral of this story?
When spiders come-a-knockin, don't let them in! Especially not in your ears! And one of them had the bad manners to die in there!
Things like that NEVER happen in England.

Things like that NEVER happen in England.
That is my biggest fear - I HATE those urban legends of roaches that colonize in people's faces after eating Taco Bell or some fast food nastiness....

I just heard that on the radio..how yucky!
Speaking of which, one of my kids couldn't come for therapy today b/c her brother stuck something in his ear and had to go to the ER.

I've told this story before:
I woke up one night feeling something in my ear. When I shook my head, that something pinched me...and then I could feel it trying to move. I flew out of the bed and started running around the room screaming "GET IT OUT!!" whilst banging my head against my hand. BTW, DH and I had been dating a few months at this point and I was sleeping at his house. He must have thought I went bonkers at 3 a.m.
Anyway, It finally feel out and it was a Potato Beetle!!!!!!
It was the grossest experience of my life.
And yes, I killed it immediately.
