Oh my aching hips!!!
My hips are KILLING me! I'm hobbling around because it hurts to walk. I wanted to take my pup for a nice long walk today, but we didn't get further than the corner because I was in pain! 
I'm in the middle of my 8th week - is this normal? Are things stretching out already? I already had wide-ish hips, how much further are they going to spread? At this rate, the damn kid will slide right out!

We're about the same along, and I have been having pretty bad lower back pain. Not the same as hip, but when I asked about I was told it might have to do with the hormones.. 
.. anyway I hope it gets better

Unfortunately there are various surprising aches and pains that go along with the growth of this new being inside of you. Most of these pains are normal. For me, the pains come and go, but everything has been normal so far. If you have any doubt as to whether something is "normal", ask your doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

My hips are killing me, but I am in my 40th week. Never had any pain during my first trimester, only m/s, which was miserable enough.
Not sure if it's normal, check with your OB.
I hope you feel better
