Oh no. Kinda gross question.
DH left our really luscious high thread count sheets in the washing machine with a wet washcloth. They are all moldy. ahh: ahh: I tried washing them twice- they don't smell moldy but they look stained. Is there any way to get these out?
I know this is a gross question- but these are really $$ sheets so I would like to be able to salvage them if we can.

Oxy Clean might work. Make sure to read the label first! Good luck

You may also want to try some white distilled vinegar. This usually helps with odors!
Last year we left some towels in the trunk after vacation and boy did they stink! Two washes with vinegar and detergent and they were good as new!

Shout gel might work also.
