Oil Pulling?
Has anyone tried this?
What oil do you use?
Any tips?
If you have been doing this for a while, have you noticed positive changes?
Any negatives?
I tried this for the first time this morning with coconut oil & I thought I was going to barf the second the oil hit my lips. It worked better with EVOO for me. I lasted 10 min!

Did you use virgin, unrefined coconut oil? It tastes like coconut. The refined one does not really.
