OK - internal instinct question
As some or most of you already know, I am going for the Level II tomorrow. And for some reason I just can't imagine this baby being a I have no reason to explain why I think I just do.
Who here had just a super strong instinct about the sex they were having. Were you right or wrong?

Re: OK - internal instinct question
I had hoped for a little girl my whole life. Someone to dress up and put frilly things on, and do their hair, etc., but the second i got PG, for some reason, I just knew it was a and it totally was!!
I'm so happy I'm having now. He's going to be my little momma's boy and I'm never going to let him leave my side. He's going to live with me till I'm 90!!!

Re: OK - internal instinct question
I would have put money on the fact that I was having a
Well imagine my surprise at seeing on the screen!!!
It was a wonderful surprise though. What is odd is that I have correctly guessed the sex of all my friends babies but 2 (out of the 12 or so that have had babies, lol).

LOL! He may not love that plan though
I felt like you did too. Now I cannot imagine not having my little guy. He has been the best thing to ever happen to me aside from marrying his dad

Re: OK - internal instinct question
i had a feeling that i was having a girl for awhile now. i dont know why, but i just had this feeling, cant explain it. My MIL, sis, and even DH kept calling the baby a "he" and saying i'm having a boy. even MIL's friend saw me a few wks back and said i'm having a boy. well, yesterday i found out it's a ! i said, see, my feeling was right. i was thrilled of course, and now MIL & sis sound disappointed, whatever! DH and I are very happy, and that's what counts! good luck

My IL's were rooting for a boy both times. And both times I had girls. They got over it fast.

Re: OK - internal instinct question
I was positive it was a based on how I was carrying, how I felt and what everyone else told me. I would've been better off playing our family odds (I have 2 sisters, DH has 3 sisters and my MIL has 3 sisters). It's a !

Re: OK - internal instinct question
i knew that I was having a boy from week 14 when I went for my NT Test. Just looking at the sonogram (I know weird huh?) and at his head... he has his father's head! I just knew it! and then went I went for my Level II they confirmed it. Everybody & their mother thought for sure that I was carrying a girl. So when I told them that it was a boy they were SHOCKED! nonetheless, we're happy!

Re: OK - internal instinct question
I have no idea..... but then again, I always knew I lack the mother instinct thing.
DH really wants a boy, and I really want a girl, but isn't that frequently the case?
the only thing I am certain of is that the baby (boy or girl) will be super duper tall..... becuase I'm 5'8" and DH is 6'3"

I was SURE we were having a girl. But the franks and beans on the monitor definitely convinced me otherwise.

I really have no idea (well I'm still really early too), but everytime I have guessed for someone else I have been wrong so I am not going to go on my own gut
