Ok - lets talk sippy cups
ok - we have tried these
I am trying to get her away from the ones with the handles
then I went to something like these
And she is biting the ends off of them 
and I have these - and she is really not 100% getting the concept of the straw thing
Which sippy cups are you using with the straw???

I'm using the nubby cups with the straw. But the one i'm using has handles.

Kaitee used the ones you have pictured in #2 but I thought its not much different than the bottle so whats the point. So now she uses the one you have pictured in #3. She loves them. It took her about a week to get used to using them.

I guess I should just keep giving them to her - the #3 ones.
She just keeps tilting it back like she did with the other ones.
She is getting about 1/2 the cup of water then she throws it - and then I fill it back up and she drinks 1/2 again

Anthony is between #2 and #3, depending on the day. I have about 20 different ones, and these are the only ones he "kinda" gets. I think you just have to keep trying.

I was about to post the same question. I tried #1 - no luck. I bought #3 last night and will try them today. I never found the nubys with the straw and handles which is what I wanted to try.

My DD does the same thing with the cups with straws. For now she seems to do the best with the hard-lipped ones, similar to these...
