OK! I need the motivation..
I want to lose! I need to lose! I want to lose!
I CAN do it!!!
I weighed myself on Sat. and am happy to say I have been losing. As most of you know I had a baby in Jan. I have dropped 22lbs since. I need to lose MORE!!
Im not happy with the number, but, happy its going down.
Those of you who posted your numbers...Does it help???

I need motivation too..I have been off all summer and I have been just lounging around. I could have been walking, watching what I eat, insteat of just hanging out.

Im not happy with the number, but, happy its going down.
Those of you who posted your numbers...Does it help??? For me it helped when i wrote it down what i weighed because it motivated me to see those numbers drop, You can do it Dawn i am here for you.

Thank You for responding! Ive changed my eating "a little this week".
At breakfast I have my cereal and OJ. I cut down my OJ intake. I used to have a banana as well, but, now, instead of a granola bar as a mid AM snack, I save the banana for that.
I wait and have lunch around 12:30-1:00 and if Im on the road I hit a Subway rather than greasy foods. If I hit a fast food place its been a sandwich and salad no fries. *at subway I usually make my sandwich into a wrap, rather than the bread*.
I confess, I still eat ice cream at night, but, Ive cut it to one scoop. Got rid of the hot fudge and replaced it with choc. syrup.
Im eating what I want, just cutting it in half!!
I will post my loss or gain this Sat. since the last time I weighed myself was last Sat.

Ok. Two weeks ago, I weighed myself and was happy to see some sort of "drop" from my last weigh in (2 months ago after gall bladder surgery).
Than one week later rolls around and thanks to TBAF I gained 5lbs..Yes, that's right 5!
This morning, I get on the scale, TBAF is gone and so are those 5lbs. I am basically back to where I started.
So, now, going to pretend this is day 1. Wish Me Luck.

Dawn - have you thought at all about doing WW. TO me it sounds like you are the perfect candidate - because you can still eat the things you like and lose weight.

Yes, I am thinking about it. I have been on WW before (Years ago) and it worked very well. I was on the site last night looking at info. We shall see.
