Ok ladies I need you help!! I took a test this morning...
1st thing...I'm about 3-4 days, 5 the most, early. I used the EPT (+ and -) test
there IS a VERRRRYYYYY FAINT line going across, can it BE????? I showed my hubby this morning, and he was like i'ts way to early....but iisn't the rule, a line is a line? Even with the + and - ept test?

I have read on here that those tests can be trivky to read, but yes....a line is a line. Congrats!!!!
Go get a FRER or a digital and retest after holding your pee for a good 3 or 4 hrs. Or tomorrow if you can hold out.

I held my pee all NIGHT long then went to the bathroom first thing, it was the EPT early + and - test...I wonder
I'm talking VERY VERY VERY faint. I tried to take a pic but it didn't come out....ughhhhh

Put the pic in an album and I can post it here for you
They do say a line is a line though!
Just be careful, i've heard the + - tests can give all false positives. I'd test again with a FRER or a digital!!!

Is the ept red or blue lines?... If its a red line, its def. correct you are pregnant!!! if its a blue line, I've read on a few websites that they give false positives often... Not trying to discourage, I just want to make sure you try a different test, maybe go get the line one instead!!

this happened to me last week i tested in the am with an internet cheapie at 10 days past O and i saw the faintest line and thought i was crazy i took another test at night and there was a line!! take another test!!!

well EPTs do test up to 5 days early, right? So it's not as though getting a true result is all that impossible. I think it's a BFP. Definitely go again with digital at some point. I think it's promising though. Congrats!

sounds possible  ive been hearing any line is generally a + result.
i just went through the same thing...got a faint line w/ a cb test and took ept and clearly got the + line (15 min after taking the other one).
ETA - I took mine like 4-5 days after AF was supposed to arrive.

with my 1st baby i had a very dark line 3-4 days before my period and i took the test in the afternoon. it is definitely possible!!! everyone's body is different! take another test! i used FRER! love this test

ITA! Normally I would say that a line is a line no matter how faint it is, but since you mentioned it's the +- test, I would try not to get my hopes up until I took a different test. The + sign type of tests have had a number of issues in the recent past. Go get another type of test! GOOOOOD LUCK!

i did a dollar store test and had the faintest line too.. i actually thought it was a shadow... i sent DH out to get a first response and a digital... the first response came out with a faint line (but darker then the dollar store test) and the digital said PREGNANT! That was when i believed it!
