For me my goal is 12 pounds and 3 days a week of exercise through all three holidays. None of the usual "it's a holiday" excuses.

I might add a day of exercise but I don't want to push it! That will be a bonus if I do! Chat Icon

I am in...I would LOVE to lose 20 by then so i will say 15 pounds....oh and i exercise 3 times a week at least but defintiely want to make it more like 4-5

I have a goal of 2 lbs by DS's first birthday 1/3. But if I had to pick the ultimate - 7lbs.

I'm going to be realistic and say exercise once per week, 3 times an ultimate goal.

I need to loose about 20 lbs to be pre preggo weight again.
I'm starting South Beach Diet with 3x week exercise.

I'm in, i would like to lose 5 lbs. Dont know if i'll be able to consistently exercise, but def will try and watch what i eat

I better board this train!

I'd like to lose 10 lbs by January. I started walking at lunchtime at work so I'd like to keep doing that if the weather holds. I've been walking 3x a week. Optimally, I should add 2 workouts a week at home.

I'm in! Want to lose 3-5 lbs and work out consistently 3-4 times/ week. Also need to drink much more water than I do now.

Go back to doing a food journal daily

Workout daily and log it

Start one new form of exercise (hopefully swimmimg at the gym)

Hi ladies! I'd like to join in on this for the first time! I'm a new mommy here well, DS is almost 10 wks old so not that new anymore!

Here is my story - I was a size 4 pre-preg and exercised regularly - running about 3 miles and doing pilates about 4-5 times per week before getting pg. I exercised throughout my pregnancy except for the last month and on my delivery day had gained 30lbs. To date, I have lost 17 lbs so I have 13lbs to go.

But here is the very sad part - i think my body is now seriously screwed up. Despite being only 13lbs from pre-preg weight (which I don't think is that much) my belly STILL looks about 4 mos pregnant. Not to mention that I bought a dress for a wedding the other day and I could barely zip a size 10! So i am now more than double my size! Plus I have been eating healthy and trying my best to exercise and BF and not losing at all. So, suffice to say I am very discouraged. And, as you all know it is so so so hard to find the time to exercise since my DS is quite the attention hog.

So here are my goals...
-Keep eating healthy.
-Try to exercise at least 3X per week
-By December be able to start jogging again
-By January be out of maternity clothes and into my "fat" pre-preg clothes.
-By January to look only two months pregnant Chat Icon

No no no no - you are 10 weeks post partum - that is NOTHING!!!!

My body did not budge until he was about 5 mts old - I still have 10 lbs to go - I was a size 4 pre-preggo too - after I gave birth I was EASILY a size 10, but I wouldnt have known because I refused to go out and try on new clothes!!! All I knew was my "fat" clothes didnt fit!!!

Now, 7 mts PP, my body is pretty much where it was proportion wise - if you didnt know I had a baby, you would think I just indulged a little too much since getting married!!!

DON'T worry - if you work out and stick to a healthy lifestyle, you will lose it no problem!!!

Trust me - I'm a walking whine fest!!!!
