Ok naseau has arrived!
Woo hoo! The last 2 days I have felt naseaus throughout the day. Haven't yacked yet, but I'm having a hard time finding something appetizing to eat. Any suggestions??

Put crackers by your bed and eat before getting up out of bed in morning it may help.

Try to eat every 2 hours before you start to feel nausaus, thats whats helping me a little. There's really nothing to make it go away all together.

That's so funny because all I have wanted the past few days was a grilled cheese! I thought I was just crazy...but I guess it really helps!

I felt better if I ate more frequently......carbs helped me.....toast, bagels, crackers....for some reason cheese agreed with me too. and sleep really helped
