ok people, help me sell my co-op!
If you know anyone looking in Forest Hills- it's really a great place. We've just been dealt 6 months of bad luck with 2 non-qualified buyers and way too much time wasted on them. FM for more info, I'm going to put this on craigslist also. Looking for a quick sale- we're already closed on our house!

I just sold my house in Rego Park. I know how difficult it came be with certain buyers.
I'm not sure if you want to list with an RE but you should think about possibly listing it with a Russian Broker. I know Forest Hills/Rego Park very well and to be honest this population is your target audience.
I might still have some names of RE that showed my home if you need info.

No, unfortunately there is not garage, but there is one accross the street that you can get a monthly spot in. We use street parking and don't have too much trouble.

Oh, i don't know the name of the color- it was a mix- we got it at sears, i think dutch boy paint. i think we got 2 cans mixed and one was darker than the other, hehe. so we have two different shade walls.
