ok quick questions about opk
now do you count the days from when you get the smiley face as 1dpo?

Once I get my smiley I assume I ovulate the next day and start counting 1dpo the day after I ovulate. So for example if I get a smiley on Monday I assume I ovulate on Tuesday and say 1dpo is Wednesday.

ok thanks. this month was my first time testing and I got a smiley face yesterday. should i continue testing? i did test today and got another smiley face. I also have horrible cramps

The only way to really know when/if you ovulate is to temp. OPK's only tell you that you should be Oing in the next 12-36 hours, not that you definitely will.

ITA. But I suppose you can start counting DPO maybe a day after you got your smiley but not the same day you got it.
