OK so I want to atempt a trip into the city by myself with DS...
I am taking the subway...
Should I bring a stroller or his buddy quad? With the stroller I'd have to ask someone to help me or just hope someone will help me up the steps. I thought if maybe I could bring the buddy quad it would be easier for me to bring that and the baby up the stairs. It's just a quick trip to my old job. They want to see DS. I haven't brought him in since he was 2 months old...LOL
This is what the buddy quad looks like...It's got a handle so I can push it...

I would use your stroller. You can follow the handicap signs for elevators, etc

That's buddy thing is so cute, but I would def go with the stroller. Matthew would prob be more comfy in the stroller in the city.

I bought Cadence into the city and took her on the Subway. I bought the snap and go stroller because it is lighter. but if you are taking the subway at Penn Station there is an elevator. Look on the Subway page on the internet they can tell you which stations have elevators.

Alright...Stroller it is then. I have a kolcraft umbrella stroller, maybe I can use that.
The buddy quad was a gift from Matthew's Godparents for christmas. They ordered from a JC Penny catalog...I think

I would use a regular stroller that way if he falls asleep, he can sleep comfortably.

My son will not fall asleep while out on the go. He's got to look at everything!

I'm sure someone will help you with the stroller as well. I've never seen a woman have to carry a stroller up the stairs herself in the subway. I've always offered to help or I've seen someone else step in and help. I've only ridden the subway with DD once so far, but 4 different people offered to help me carry the stroller up the stairs.
