OK so she hates her Halloween costume
What am I going to do? I got her the 50's girl costume from One Step Ahead and she is in phase where she hates any type of dress up clothes ie: dresses, tutus etc. I put the skirt on her today and she screamed. What am I going to do? I even got her name embroidered on it

Unfortunatly I don't think there is much you can do  . My friends daughter did that and for 2 years she hasn't dressed up. It stinks. I was affraid of that because that is so Hailey's personality. Good luck. Hopefully she will change her mind.

i would keep it out and let her play with it to become familiar. I've done that with my son's costume and let him play dress up with it, by halloween it was no problem! GL

DD hates her costume too - I keep bringing it out and showing it to her and trying to get her more used to it by Halloween.

Let her pick out something that she will wear. It's only a costume, I wouldn't force her to wear it.
