I use my speaker phone most of the time, but I try not to talk in the car at all.

Speakerphone or headset only. It's one of my pet peeves to see a driver not using handsfree.

i have the bluetooth but i dont know how to use it  ...so i use the speaker phone when i'm driving.

To answer my own question - hands free always
I would be soooo ticked off at myself if I ever got a ticket for that!!
