Ok Toddler moms tell me how you spent the day..

to keep your sanity.. b/c my DD is going nutty with all this rain.

We spent 2 hours jumping up and down on my bed.. we found a new group she likes the "jump arounds", Thank god for DVR, she kept asking for more.. so had to keep rewinding the "go go"song.. so she could jump on my bed singing it.. adorable.. and of course my video camera battery is dead. Then we had a picnic on my bed.. (yes there is now food all over my bed now) Finally she got bored of my room so we went to the living room. Watched Megabeast.. were the stupid show mentioned chocolate.. (shes only had once on easter).. she flipped out screaming for chocolate (cookie, muffin nope wanted reg. chocolate by itself) luckly had a chocolate bunny, gave her a piece.. she was covered.. looked like a goattee and mustache.

Then you know she was wired after that.. she was running around the place like a mad woman wanting a bath. Then we played ball in the house. And now shes drawing with crayon all over her aquadoodle travel thing.. tried to explain no crayon on.. she flipped out.

Yes ALL BAD habits I just created.. but after all this rain I had to do it to keep my sanity. Like they say pick and choose your battles

We had swim class this morning. We ran a couple of errands then came home and I made lunch. He watched sesame street and then took a nap. Since we just got home from vacation late last night and have had a few action packed days I think he is sleeping longer than normal.

We have done nothing all week. I've been sick and she's been bored since I have no energy to entertain her. I feel bad, but next week will be a better one!
