you new people come from. I swear there has been a massive influx in the past month.

I think its time to start a new introductions thread....

I guess I should start:

secondary IF, male factor IF, and who knows what the heck else at this point.
Lucky to have an almost 4 year old DS
3 failed IVFs, 1 chemical after FET and now waiting for more tests. I have 3 frozen embies on ice (2 of which are crappy and probably wont survive the thaw). So at some point I will do another FET. After that its a crap shoot as to what we will do.....

I'm Megan, 26 years old, PCOS. Everything is fine with DH. I don't ovulate on my own, and have to take provera every few months to get a period. I'll be moving on to clomid this up coming summer

I have PCOS and have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years....many miserable and failed IUIs. 1 IVF that resulted in a miscarriage in the 8th week....just got AF and am gearing up for another cycle in late December!

At this point, I am all about putting 5 eggs back in and hoping that they all stick! Here's to multiples!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I'm Jennifer - 37. We've been trying a year. I was just diagnosed with "luteal phase defect" and am on my second round of clomid. One more month of clomid and then I'm moving on to IUI.

I have PCOS and have been trying for about a year now. Just recently got a BFP on my first IUI that resulted in a miscarriage in the 6th week.

Just got the latest blood test results and they are at 0 so we are gearing up to start again with injectables.

I have PCOS and started trying two years ago. Tried with Clomid/Natural for four months - then went for 7 IUI's, one resulting in a BFP that miscarried and two cancelled cycles due to overproduction - now moving into IVF (FINALLY!) at LI-IVF.

TTC for a 18 months, diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We are in the 2WW after a second IUI with clomid and a trigger.
I was also found to be boarderline hypothyroid so they started me on synthroid.

Dh and I have been ttc for 14 months. DH has male fertility issues. We are starting the IVF process next cycle and am extremely nervous about doing so.

Hi I am Trish. Just turned 30, DH 29. Diagnosed with PCOS in March. TTC since March. On 2000mg of Metformin and still not ovulating. DH is fine. Starting Clomid either mid-Nov or Feb 1. Just went to LI-IVF.

Been TTC since May '04 . Aldready 5 - 6 IUIs, all failed, 1 Laporscopy surgery to remove left tube, 2 IVFs one BFP but it was chemical
Diagnosis is a little MF and a little Femal factor, SA is good, but not great and I only have one tube.

IVF # 3 starting mid December

I'm 38 & DH (Bob) is 39 been TTC for 5 years, numerous failed IUI with & without injectables, hoping to start IVF in December. Unexplained infertility. Had partially blocked left tube with a ectopic - now cleared (not 100%) That's about it!

I was just Dx with PCOS yesterday, Starting CLOMID today....Have yet to test for Male factor, tubes etc...but will in a couple of months of CLOMID does not work.

Can get pregnant but have recurrent pregnancy loss. Diagnose with the homozygous(two genes) version of MTHFR. This is a blood clotting disorder that can cause clots that interfere with implantation. Trying naturally for 2nd month with treatment. Have been trying for about 1yr 3 months. On Lovenox(blood thinner) and Metanx(high dose folic acid and B vitamins)

TTC since July 2005. Miscarriage Sept 2005, chemical PG March 2006

Diagnosed with Luteal Phase Defect and plain ol' unexplained IF.

6 cycles of clomid w/progesterone, 2 IUIs. All negative. We are now trying just progesterone with IUIs. If that doesn't do it it's onto injectibles with IUI in the new year

I'm Jaimie 40, and dh 40.

No known factors we keep getting told unexplained infertility.

Had 4 or 5 IUI's and already did 5 months clomid and nothing. We just started with LI-IVF and will start with injections next cycle then if that doesnt work in January we are doing IVF.

I have PCOS, DH has some issues with sperm (there are only 5% normal shapes). We have been TTC for 1 year. Starting on Clomid this cycle with possible IUI. On Metformin for PCOS. Also have MTHFR problem. Son (Nicholas) born stillborn July 2005 at 36 weeks.

Have been trying for 2 years; started seeing an RE beginning of this year.

Had IVF #1 a few months ago. Everything went well (no reaction to meds, good response to meds, ...) but no implantation. We did ICSI.

Just started IVF #2. Am only on CD4 so I'm taking meds. We'll be doing ICSI again with assisted hatching.

We've been TTC for 8 months now.
Dr. suspects I have mild PCOS and taking Metformin (not regularly) and i'm on my 3rd Clomid cycle. On my first clomid cycle I tried naturally-no good. 2nd clomid cycle-I did an IUI-no good. Now i'm on my 3rd and will be doing another IUI. My RE says I should have no problem getting PG as long as I take the meds...but i'm still waiting.

Yes they've done bloodwork and everything appears to be normal. The progesterone seems to have solved the LPD but now it's been 7 months w/o a BFP. We think maybe the clomid was interfering which is why we are going to try 2-3 cycles with just progesterone. I am also going for acupuncture.

I was able to get pregnant 1x - after a LONG period of trying, but had a natural misarriage @ start of week6
. I have been off of work since June- will be returning in January
Hoping that I will be able to arrange my schedul so I am home during ovulation ( work for airline)

Just started all of the fertility testing, so I will update this when I get my results.
