Okay, a little TMI, but...
why do I have to go #1 MORE when I drink hot water or tea than regular cold water?

i have always wondered the same thing!!
but i guess the only things i drink hot are coffee and tea - both of which are diuretics, as rach pointed out.
so i don't know why i never put two and two together but thanks racheeeee!!!

I drink a lot of tea....(with milk and sugar next time you want to make me one) so I know about weewee's Also, it really cools you down in hot weather, which is why a lot of hot weather countries drink hot tea and eat hot food(like India, not just because they were part of the British Empire!)
