Okay, dumbest question EVER
I got chili from the cafeteria downstairs in my building today. It comes served over rice with cheese and sour cream on top. Now I've never eaten chili. Am I supposed to be mixing all this stuff together?
I know, I know...I'm a little slow today...

I usually have cheese & sour cream on top but no rice & just scoop a little out but you can do anything

I'm very disappointed that I mixed it. I tried it w/o mixing and I liked it...then mixed it and was very unhappy.
