Okay, giving the big 2 week notice today UPDATE
...and I am having anxiety. There are like 3 different people I need to tell, and I don't want to do it all at once....oh man, this rots. I'm nervous....

I know how it feels, it stinks! but in the end, they will have whatever reaction they will have, and you will be happier in the long run! Do it as soon as you can and you will feel instantly relieved! Good luck!

UPDATE!
Whew...my direct boss was shocked, but he's the one who I have been having problems with. OMG, he's actually going to have to do WORK now!
The other 2 were very sad; one woman started crying and apologized, saying they should have acted sooner and seen the writing on the wall....asked me what they could do and I said nothing, it was time to move on.
But now my boss is HOUNDING me to see the new magazine and I told him no, that I didn't have it with me.

Seems to always be the case - nice to know that you and your work meant a lot to them though.
Good for you - glad it pretty much went well. Now on to bigger and better things!

Ugh - my boss at Estee Lauder said the SAME thing when I quit...she started talking about how she could have prevented me from leaving and how the writing was on the wall. Whatevs!
