Okay, More Questions From Me!
So here is the story. I stopped bleeding from m/c on Wednesday with some spotting on Thursday. I was all clear on Friday
That was 19 long days of bleeding. I had a Beta Hcg leve on friday and it was still at 45. It is trending downwards.. just slowly. So I asked my midwife it you could Ovulate with hcg still in you. She wasn't sure and said there probably is some level that your body would allow you ovulate but she wasn't sure.
So I did a little research and the only thing I found was that sometimes a doctor will give you a shot of hcg to bring on O. So I guess you can O with hcg in you.. that was my conclusion at least.... So here is question one 1. Does anyone know if you can O with hcg still in your blood?
Then we bd'ed on saturday.. just because and on sunday night I noticed what looked like EWCM. I did have a little twingy pain on my side earlier but I have so many twingy pains since the M/C. So we bd'ed again just in case. Today the CM is wet..
2. Can you ovualte that quickly?????? 3. That would mean AF would be due two weeks after the bleeding stopped????
The midwife thought it would be 4 weeks until AF came again.
4. So I guess people that have miscarried and became PG before their next period.. When did you ovulate in relation to when you bleeding stopped???
TIA.. I am trying not to stress but I was just really surprised to see EWCM so fast!!!
ETA: (because someone asked) I miscarried naturally and did not have a d&C

You will not O until your hcg is below 5. You may be getting EWCM because your body is gearing up or for no reason at all. Some people get PG before they even have another period but in my experience m/c is almost liek a period...then you will O...then get AF again unless you get pregnant

I have heard that you are as fertile after a M/C as after a PG, so it's possible. GL

Re: Okay, More Questions From Me!
As you know, I got pregnant before my first AF after a miscarriage (so did Sweetness). I don't know whether or not you can still ovulate while you have HcG in your system - for me, I'm fairly certain my levels went back to zero before I ovulated.
But, as for your second question - YES, you CAN ovulate VERY quickly after an m/c. For me, it was about a week later. My ob/gyn told me afterwards that woman are highly fertile right after an m/c so that might explain it.
You do not consider your miscarriage as an AF - the m/c throws everything off so you really cannot calculate when AF should come. That's why most doctors recommend you wait at least one cycle to TTC because otherwise dating the pregnancy is a real pain in the arse (But still worth it ).
I had similar symptoms after my m/c. The bleeding lasted only a few days. And within days of the bleeding ending, I felt like I was ovulating - I was a little crampy and I had lots of EWCM. I didn't believe I could actually be ovulating so DH and I threw caution to the wind.
And, well, 9 months later, we had one hell of a cranky little baby getting pulled out of my belly

LOL.. that is awesome..
Yeah.. i did have a lot more ewcm than usual. It was tinged with a little tiny blood but all of my cm is now... wonderful
Hopefully this is it. We are just going to bd like bunnies and hope for the best.

Re: Okay, More Questions From Me!
I don't know. My OB told me to wait a couple of cycles to allow my uterine lining to thicken back up. She said the risk of another MC is higher the first cycle after depending on how bad the MC was. I had an exstensive D&C so she told us not to try under any circumstances. After going through all of that pain, I wasn't taking any chances.
