ehhhhh, its ok. I've only been there 2 or 3 times. the breadsticks are good, but everything else leaves much to be desired.

Re: Olive garden

Its ok.

Its not your typical Italian cuisine.
The salad and breadsticks are yummy..makes up for the entree.
Some dishes are good...others are gross.
You just have to know what eat.

Re: Olive garden

It is fast food Italian. The red sauce is not to MY tasting but I grew up in a very Italian family. I love the salad, breadsticks, and the chicken scampi or the cappellini pomodoro is good! I heard the seafood is okay. Good for a lunch! Enjoy!Chat Icon Chat Icon

I love olive garden...but I don't go there when I'm in the mood for italian food...just when I'm specifically in the mood for olive garden! love the breadsticks and salad.

I agree, its on par with the rest of the 'chain restaurants'. Just like when you really want a steak you wouldnt goto Outback, when you really want italian, you wouldnt goto Olive Garden.

But for that same type of generic food, it's pretty good.

Re: Olive garden

I hate the one in westbury and really like the one in brooklyn (for what it is). I live in an area with a lot of great italian restaraunts, so I don't go out of ym way to go to olive garden. I love the salad and breadsticks though!

Have fun, ro!
