OMG! CIO IS working!!!!!
I tried it while we were away, mostly b/c I had moral/emotional support (my mom!!)
I started with naptime...here's how it went...
-1st time, cried for 30 min
-2nd time, cried for 25 min
-3rd time, cried for 20 min
Then we went home, HOPING it'd still work.... and now I also started doing it at bedtime.
-1st nap, cried for 20 min
-1st nighttime, cried for 35 min, and the crying got WORSE. I went in to console, picked him up he burped and passed out. I layed him down and he stayed asleep (he slept 12 hrs that night)
-2nd nap, cried for 19 min
-2nd nighttime, cried for 15 min
-3rd nap, cried for 14 min
SOOOOO glad it's working, so far!!!

we recently had to re-train DD to sleep through the night (she is 15 mths) and CIO worked wonders for us too!
