OMG... funniest conversation between DS and DH...a bit TMI
So I was taking DS upstairs to go to bed. We changed the routine slightly tonight and read his books downstairs in the living room. Then we were going upstairs to brush teeth, then get into bed.
We get into the bathroom and DS tells me he has to go potty. He takes off his PJ's and pulls down his pull up and sits on his little potty. (for some reason he doesn't like using the regular toilet upstairs. He will downstairs, but continues to use the small potty upstairs).
As he is sitting I realize he is trying to poop. DS is 3 and he is completely pee pee potty trained, but he tends to go days without pooping. So I am always excited to see him trying.
Needless to say he goes and stands up to reveal the most gigantic poop I have ever seen out of a 3 year old. I swear this kid poops adult sized stuff!
He says he needs to show daddy. This is what I hear when DS gets downstairs and as they come upstairs (imagine what must be going through DH mind)
DS: Daddy, come here DH: Is everything OK? (he's probably thinking something is wrong with me) DS: Yes. I need to show you something. DH: OK DS: It's big and brown DH tells me at this point he is thinking it's a spider... DS: And it's shaped like an "L" for Lucas
Needless to say, DH comes and looks and is amazed.
Who would have thought before we had kids that we would end up being fascinated by poop!
