No, I did not get a cancel notice for the Cow seat. But I did get a cancel notice for the Granite one that I ordered separately.
I will add... that I paid for the Cow seat with a $50 Target gift card and the $15.16 was charged to my Visa debit card. The charge already went thru.
Let them try to charge me full boat... I am an attorney and though do not practice this type of law, it is 1st year Contracts that once the sale is completed, it is a done deal! I would love to see them charge me more money!

okay, not to pour fuel into the fire BUT . . .
I ordered the Granite and when this whole debaucle started I kinda just stayed back and figured that if it was honored, wow, great!! But if not, no biggie.
However, given that some people DID get theirs, I am now pizzed and willing to fight for mine.
If Target wants to universally cancel all orders that were mispriced, I understand and they had the legal loopholes to do so.
But now, it's a no-go. The fight is on. I just sent them an email.
Equal treatment for all.
ETA: This is in no way intended as negative feelings towards the OP. You go, girl for getting a great deal!!!

wow! that's awesome! i still haven't even heard from them other than the cancellation... i thought they were doing something for us??  i doubt they could just put an unauthorized charge on your account.... that would be illegal...

That is right, they cannot just charge my card over $200 without my authorization. And for the record... I didn't have to sign for it. It was just left on my porch by UPS and I found it when the FedEx guy knocked on my door to deliver a new Dell printer! I'm lucky it didn't get stolen!!

Goodluck--only thing that can possibly help is if you can produce proof that others received theirs otherwise it may not go the way you want it to.
I hope you do get it though since it is unfair to cancel some but not all.
But to the OP-LOVE the Carseat!

This is not right they needed to cancel orders universally, I ordered the cowmooflauge as well. I wrote Target an email on Monday got a response today with a very non-chalant sorry I'm not having this. We need to get together and get this thing solved.

yeah, THAT they cannot do, that is very illegal. They sent it, it is hers. I would tell them to go scratch
No kidding, they cannot do that. Had she bought it in the store, where they going to track her down and make her pay more. She paid the listed price, they honored it by shipping it out. There loss now, oh well.

OK Im guessing, her order was placed, and processed.
She got lucky and the computer pushed things forward before the error was realized.
I dont think target decided "hey lets give a seat to this one" and "not to that one..."
I'm sure a few cowmoowhatevers were mailed before the error was "caught".
That's not going to make target "owe" others a carseat. That just makes the others LUCKY.
Legally since cards were not charged, they dont owe anyone anything...
It sux, and target SHOULD give you guys a giftcard or something, but its business and errors happen

No. I didn't sign anything that I received it. Actually, UPS left it at my door and didn't knock on my door. I live on a main road so I am kinda surprised that no one snatched it up!! Sucks for Target... I wish others got theirs too.
