thanks.....I use any excuse not to exercise but I am really trying to stick with it and drop this last 20lbs
I know only I can make it happen so today when I woke up all sore already in my head I was like oh I will just go on tomorrow etc but I pushed through and got it done(it was only 3 miles ) but I still feel really good that I did it
