OMG I feel so embarassed (TMI)
I can’t believe this just happened to me. It doesn’t seem possible.
I’ve heard about it but its too early isn’t it? I’m only 19w5days!!
So I’m sitting here at work doing my thing, feeling good really just motoring along.
When all of a sudden….
BAM!!! Sudden Sneeze!
You know the type that takes you by complete surprise like you were slapped?
Well OMG!
I tinkled!!!!
I sat here and TINKLED in my pants!!!
How humiliating! I ran to the bathroom without causing a scene and sure enough, straight through my panty liner and onto my undies.
So there I sat on the throne, drying off my panties and feeling a fool.
How the HELL did this happen to me?
I don’t want to move now. I feel so stupid!!!
I guess it's time for depends!

It happens to me everyday I sneeze like 3 x's a day and yep I tinkle everytime pretty much . Sometimes the crossing your leg action works

I peed myself during my first trimester when I was having a bout of m/s and throwing up...that was loads of fun!
You could always wear a panty liner just in case.

I did this too !!but I sat on the bowl and spewed in the garbage Oh what bad memories

It's not the first time and it won't be your last. get yourself some liners.
and I will warn you for those who are having their first, you will need those liners ALOT sooner with your next pregnancies. LOL

Thank god for boards like this that make this so humiliating experience seem less tragic. Without this board I think I would assume I was somehow broken!!!

A similar thing happened to me over a month ago.... I bent over to pick something up and peed a little in my pants 
that was the defining panty liner moment! I always wondered what they were for.... now that I'm preggo, I know

It's been happening to me since around 13 weeks or so. Luckily not through the pantiliner, I think I am always anticipating the inevitable "leak" so I catch myself when I can. Gotta love the sneeze and pee, cough and pee, laugh and pee, everything and pee. It happens to the best of us!!
