If you click on the link there is a big pink star censoring the  moment, but there is a link to see the uncensored picture if you are not at work and it is acceptable to look at it.
It is not of Ke$ha exactly... it is of a man in the window behind her....
COULD YOU BELIEVE THAT? I kind of think it is hilarious that someone actually caught that, although it seemed pretty hard to miss. Some people in this world just make me wonder... wow. 
I didn't read the article until now and I didn't realize it was inside a college facility. I hope they find that guy and fire him because that is quite inappropriate.

how do they know that's a guy?? those boobs make me think it could be anyone really
its not like you can see the 'nether regions' to confirm its a guy!

It was confirmed to be a guy with man boobs. I saw something else this morning also stating that it was a guy who was doing you know what. In the picture, it is very blurry, but you can see his hand is holding it, or at least something that I don't think women have.
