 I don't know if it was staged or what. I think everyone is equally as confused. Based on eminem's acting skills in 8 mile I'm going to say it was NOT staged.

dave did point out that a few years ago - triumph the insult comic dog did something with eminem too that ****** him off....so MAYBE it was a set up???
maybe Bruno PICKED him to land on - but Eminem had no clue....

I didn't find it funny at all. But, then again I think the guy is a tool.
though i can't see Eminem agreeing to it. Why was he mic'd? You can hear him very clearly over the audience. Even when he was walking out.

This is literally the only part of the show I watched. I turned it on and the dude was upside down on slim shady's lap. I think MTV had it planned.. I don't however think Eminem knew it was going to happen. When you heard him saying "are you serious? are you f'in serious?" over and over again I think it was being picked up by the naked dude's mic.
Eminem makes fun of EVERYONE... if he can't laugh at himself he's a bigger pri*k than I thought he was...

Did anyone watch the MTV Movie Awards last night? Have you seen the video where Sacha Baron Cohen in his character Bruno "accidentally" fell while doing a high wire stunt and landed exactly in Eminem's lap in a very sexual position? If you read the commentary they all say that Eminem was visibly angry and stormed out of the Awards. Blah, blah, blah.
Everyone knows Sacha planned to land on Eminem. That part is obvious. Some sites make it seem like that could have been an accident. Uh huh. You want to know why Eminem was in on it also? Because MTV kisses the *** of everyone who is halfway famous who is willing to agree to come on their shows. Oh, and he provides them videos which they like and for which they don't have to pay any money. Oh, and through his connections could really make life miserable for MTV when they are trying to get other guests. Eminem knew exactly what was going on the entire time.
See for yourself. The video has been blurred so it is safe for work.
