OMG! OMG! We put an offer in and it was...
ACCEPTED!!! We're so excited. the house was $399 and we got them down to $360.
The house is 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 small (but full) baths, small kitchen (we will work on this) and full basement that just needs sheetrock to be finished. Huge backyard and ciruclar driveway. All hard wood floors that were just re-done and sanded/polished. It is in MOVE IN condition.
The house is in Greenlawn. Is this a good price? We thought so... but i am so scared we could still "do better" or that the market is going to go down more.... but i think this might be the time. I want to be crazy excited, but this is scary... and so much money... but i think we're doing the right thing...

If you think it was a good price and you love the house, then it's worth it.

thats a great price for greenlawn, I haven't really seen to many move in ready homes under 400!!! Congrats! and good luck with the house!
