OMG- Ruby Tuesday- WW related
Last night we went for dinner- I have been good all week so I figured this would be a "reward" meal.
I was going to get the turkey bacon avocado burger, the minis, or the turkey minis-
I just looked them up on DWLZ 
Bacon Avocado Turkey Burger (1) (1024 cal/63 g fat/7 g fiber/49 g carbs) 24.5 (25) POINTS
Ruby Minis
***Does not include side item or dipping sauces served on the side
Ruby Minis (4) (1310 cal/90 g fat/2 g fiber/72 g carbs) 33.5
Turkey Minis (2) (517 cal/33 g fat/1 g fiber/32 g carbs) 13
TG I got the Turkey Minis!!!!
And- DH got a full rack that was 40 POINTS 
I am checking with Dotty before I go anywhere from now on

I am not on WW, but I am a calorie counter and I am FLABBGERGASTED (no pun intended) at the amount of calories and fat in the food at chain restaurants.
Part of it has to do with the portions, but this stuff is SO unhealthy.
When dieting, it's really hard to go out to eat because you don't know what you are getting from a nutritional standpoint. You really have to become educated about what is good for you, and learn what the right portion looks like.
Glad you made the right choice!

Seriously-that is gross. Those dishes contain enough fat for 2 or 3 days!!!

My WW leader said that Ruby Tuesdays coats thier burgers with butter before putting them on the grill so they are not as good for you as you woudl think.
I have to say I love that website :)
