OMG, so excited!! (Not a BFP...)
But the next best thing, AF all on her own!! 5 weeks since my ovarian drilling surgery!! It worked, I am so excited...this gives me new hope for us, that we have have a shot at this!!
Best part is, I kept the faith long enough to NOT have go on provera to bring the b*tch on!! I beat you, PCOS...finally!!

Tx guys!! I was literally beside myself yesterday and called DH cause I had to share the news!! You'd think I had won the lottery!
So, I go Monday for for monitoring (since today is actual fullflow) and will start some low dose stimming with Femera and possibly a little gonal-f to boost me. I'm officailly TTC again!!

Actually, this is EXACTLY what a successful surgery will do...restore natural ovulation due to the normailizing of hormone levels. The scar tissue that the ovaries get from the multiple cysts is what produces the excessive hormones that make everything out of whack (in classic PCSO like I have). By destroying that scar tissue, the hormones get produced at normal levels.
