OMG what is happening to me????
Ok girls
Many of you know me from LIW and if you dont, you need to know that i am VERY VERY VERY conscious about my weight and am an avid gym rat.
Well...... i did something todya i have NEVR in my life done and its So out of character of me that i dont think my DH or other close friends/fmaily would believe me.
I skipped the gym and drove all the way to the supermarket adn got a roll of raw cookie dough and ate som eof it RIGHT THERE IN THE CAR IN THE PARKING LOT!!! 
Now Im home and i just had 3, yes 3, bowls of cereal.
Can someone please tell me whats going on????

I am not sure, but I don't think it's bad for you every once in a while...
I think you missed a few VERY's up there. I hope you at least enjoyed the cookie dough.
you could just be REALLY hungry. sometimes things just catch up to you.

Ah ladies i feel so much better w/ your support!! AF came about 2 wks ago. I was wondering the same thing about PG!!!  I posted on Pregnancy forum but would i be this obvious so soon?????

Well i have been working out and eating well for yrs now!!! I mean, i splurge here and there, but its "baby splurges". I cant stop going back in the kitchen for more!! Its like a spell cam eover me and drove me to the supermarket for the cookies. I even just told my dad and he was SHOCKED!!!!! This just ISNT ME!!!!

Could be pg or hormonal changes for some other reason. I go through that once every few months, I'll have a day when I am just sooooo ridiculously hungry and it freaks me out...and then I'm fine the next day

I responded to your post on the PG board... I honestly don't think what happened is pregnancy related, esp since you only had AF two weeks ago. It might just be one of those crazy days and maybe your hormones are somewhat out of whack (you might have just ovulated or are about to..)and you just had to have the dough

You're seriously sounding crazy! You gave in to one craving--don't feel guilty, move on! I'm not saying that to be mean, but that's what any diet plan would say....Everyone makes mistakes, and you wake up the next day ready to commit again. It sounds to me like you are too hard on yourself. Maybe a small cookie here or there would save yourself from going overboard. Anyway, feel good!

You're seriously sounding crazy! You gave in to one craving--don't feel guilty, move on!
