OMG....I AM A MOMMY!
My baby boy is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aidan Albert was born on 10/16/06 at 8:33pm, just shy of six weeks early. Needless to say DH and I were really shocked and surprised. I can easily say it was the best day of my life. My water broke at 4:45am on Monday morning out of the blue...turns out I had preclampsia so they induced labor right away. He was 5 lbs and 19 inches (not bad for a premie) DH and I are completly in love. He is in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit right now but he is doing great! Eating like a champ and very alert. He has developed some jandice so we probably won't get to take him home until after the weekend.
I will post pics as soon as I can..
To all the expectant mommies out there....you will not believe you can love something as much as your baby...it is an indescribable feeling.
