I love these pictures....... I think my prom dress was the same as your friend on the right .. it was definitely the same color. ahh how HOT we were  (I graduated HS in the late 80s  )
You definitely would have been my hair IDOL back in the day; I don't think I ever got mine quite that big, though I tried and tried
