OMG...my post was moved.
This has NEVER happened to me. I almost feel kinda special.
But seriously...that's kinda sad that someone feels the need to move posts. I throw out the old mantra...if you don't wanna read it, don't click on it! 
BTW- it was the post about looking for NC info. Innocuous post. Whatever.
ETA- I just scanned down the list of posts on NFR and about 70% of them should be on other boards. Again...WHATEVER!!

Listen...if it were the "powers that be" of LIF moving posts, then so be it. It IS their job, I do agree. However...there have been MULTIPLE posts about how people on the boards report threads to be moved. Gimme a break. How old are we...if you don't want to read it...don't click on it. Simple as that. And like I said...take a look at the NFR board right now...MANY do not "belong".

I never understand why people get semi-offended when their posts get moved... maybe because it hasn't happened to me yet but I don't see it as a big deal at all... and like Deb said...it's somebody's job.

Trust me...I never look for drama. I could really care less. I just think that sometimes the "high school antics" on this site are ridiculous. I feel the only people that have the right to move a post should be the LIF team themselves. And if it was, then Brava! They have a job to do and I respect that. 
However...and this is just not related to my post but posts in general...why do some feel the need like it is THEIR job to report posts. Have we NOTHING better to do? For crying out loud, Pauline's post was moved about a walk that she will be in for NAMI and it was moved to charity. Gimme a break. Some people have done VERY charitable things on this site...and we read about it on NFR.
So again, whatever...no drama. I am not nor was I ever offended. I just can't stand when I look for a post and it has vanished.

I'll admit it - I'm a reporter of threads.
I have plenty of better things to do.
But I also like things to be organized so sometimes I will report threads to put them in the right place.
But mostly when they are blatant violations of the content or I feel they may offend someone if they are on the wrong board.

This I absolutely agree with. If I was on the Infertility board...I wouldn't want to read about a new birth. You are absolutely right with that one and I would condone that move 110%.
It's the little innocuous posts that get moved that kill me. And trust me...NOONE is more organized than me! Maybe it's me...but these little things don't bother me. I got enough to worry about.
