I do make up, hair (well, technically it's "done" but ends up pulled back early in the day) but I wear comfy, casual clothing...

I shower and put on comfy clothes. Makeup has never been a part of my life, so that's not missing.

Make up everyday, hair done everyday-on the weekends, I dress down but always do my makeup, even if hair is in a ponytail.

When DD was first born, I did because it made me feel more "normal" when everything was turned upside down for me in regards to how I felt about my body, looks, etc.

Now I am lucky if I get a shower in every day I know this when change in two weeks when I have to go back to work

Shower every am, get dressed nothing special shorts and a t-shirt, hair usually up in a pony tail unless I'm going somewhere then I usually put it down, and make up is only put on if I put my contacts in.

I definitely take a shower every day and do my makeup (even if it's minimal.. I feel like garbage if I don't have any makeup on )

I get dressed 'decently' if we're going out.. around the house I stick to sweats and oversized comfy stuff. We usually don't go out until after DS's first nap in the morning, so when he's sleeping I get myself ready, do hair/makeup and get dressed.. (when I say "do my hair" I mean usually brush it and pull it back with a headband or in a pony.. I rarely get a chance to really blow out my mop these days .. takes too long )

Yes because it is part of my routine and yes because I sometimes head out last minute, or someone will stop by last minute. I also want to look good for DH.

Well, I thought this question was addressed more to the SAHMs but Racheeee answered so here I am

Yes... hair & makeup done everyday. On weekends I only do my makeup if I am leaving the house (which is usually the case)... Even though I don't feel I wear alot, I can't leave the house without makeup on.

Hmm, I don't always dry my hair, but I always wear make-up, not a ton, but eyeliner and mascara and eyeshadow, always. As for clothes, I'm casual on weekends, always in jeans or some type of capris, but I never wear jogging pant or anything. Only becuase I don't feel comfortable in them. I do get dressed up for work during the school year.

It depends. If we're basically hanging at home or I know we're going to the pool in the summer then no, I don't do make up. Otherwise I normally do but not 100%. On the days I work I always get dressed in nicer clothes and wear make up.
I was my hair every other day right now so the day I was it then it is done nice and the next day its twisted up in a clip.
As for clothes it just depends on my mood and what we're doing. It's been really hot here this summer so it's been mostly capris and tank tops. Some days though I do skirts and dresses. I just feel better about myself overall if I'm showered, made up and dressed halfway decent.

Yes, I do...on days I don't I find I feel like crap. It makes me feel better aboutmyself to dress nice and wear makeup. I do have my days though when it's sweats and a tank...

When I'm working I shower, dress up (seriously " dressed up" as per my school's dress code, which I think is ridiculous for a kindergarten teacher *oops! tangent!* ), and do my hair and makeup every day, no expections.

On days off, I shower every day, and dress more casually (cargos and a t shirt or tank top), and my hair and makeup are almost always done. On the rare occasion that I leave the house not feeling that I look my best, it is a 100% guarantee that I will run into 5 people I know and would rather not see!

My hair is almost always in a ponytail - and I usually in comfy capris and tank tops. No makeup - just lipgloss.

i used to get up everday, put on a suit and go into Manhattan. i never wore a lot of make-up, but did cover my dark circles

My new mom get up consists of whatever fits me, you can see panty lines and i wear a ponytail....i think i look like a mess and i need to improve this before i start work again

Nope. But it has nothing to do with kids. I never wore make-up and never really got "dressed up" unless I was going out-out. I am very, very low maintenance, my DH always wonders how I exist It's wash and go for me.

not anymore I always get in a shower and get dressed, but cannot seem to get enough alone time to dry my hair and do make-up unless I really plan for it (like baby einstein or have someone else around to watch her). So I only do my hair and make-up if I'm going to be working that day. My work is client driven so I do feel like I need to impress. Or if we're going out somewhere on a weekend or something.

I always shower and get dressed. I never wore makeup, though, so that hasn't changed. I never really did my hair, either. I always just let it air dry. The only time I ever wore makeup was going out at night. So I guess not much has changed!

Same here! Who knows who you will see when your out too, I don't want to look like a frumpy mom when I'm out and see someone I know--lol

Heck no! I'm not one for makeup everyday even before I had DS. I only put on makeup if I'm going out for the night with DH or friends.

Depends on the day. If I'm working from home sometimes I don't even shower. On days I'm in the office I shower, do hair and minimal makeup- a little less than I used to. On weekends it depends on what we are doing.
