On average, how many hours of sleep do you get?
I've read a couple of articles lately and they all said the same thing - a person performs better on 7-9 hours of sleep per night and that people should try and make that happen.
interesting tid bit from one of the articles... before electricity was invented, the avg person got 10 hours of sleep.

On weekdays, I only get 5-6 hours of sleep and then I sleep to much on the weekends...like 12 hours

Depends, I go thru periods of insomnia where I get a total of 4 hours a day.
Most of the time I get by on 6-7 hours which works for me.

wow. I must be one of those ppl with really low stamina. I cannot function properly with less than 7 hours of sleep - I am seriously useless!

I average about 6-7 hrs on weekdays and about 8 on the weekends.

6-8 during the week. I have trouble sleeping, so some nights I may get even less. I am fairly useless with less than 7.
