On my way home last night, in the car in front of me...
2 little kids were in the back. EACH kid had his/her head popping clear out of the windows--hanging out like dogs. At one point, the girl on the driver's side had her arms out, too. I seriously wanted to beep or make the lady pull over. I mean, how DANGEROUS is that? People are insane. I envisioned both kids losing their heads! I know it sounds morbid, but I mean...common sense, parents!

so obviously, they were not wearing seatbelts. I would have called the police and reported her for reckless driving.

Re: On my way home last night, in the car in front of me...
People are nuts.. there is a guy in my neighberhood, who drives around with his kids (and i mean one is a baby in diapers) on his lap.. my dad saw him again, i told him to get the plate # so we could report him, but my dad doesnt want to make waves since he lives around the corner..
People just dont learn until there is a tragedy.

They still have to follow the laws of the state in which they are driving.

I hate when I see things like this. I once saw a little girl standing up in the back seat. I would NEVER let my child ride in a car w/o a seatbelt these days!

i was driving the other day and looked over - it was a woman (early 30s) in nice new lexus. three kids in the back, LITTLE ones (maybe 1, 3 & 5) NO CARSEATS or seatbelts. they were jumping all over each other - i thought about calling the police -i should have!

It's usually people like this that nothing will happen to. It's usually the innocent that get hurt.

My dad actually saw this happen to someone when he was little who had his elbow out of a school bus - I will never forget that!
And yes, the parents....morons! Will not learn until something tragic happens.
