On our way to our second RE consult
I am excited and worried at the same time We are on our way to our second RE consult where we will find out what our course of action will be (IUI or IVF) and the test results for DH sperm count and my blood test.
I didn't get much sleep last night.  thinking about it but at the same time happy that we will finally know why we have not been able to conceive for the past year.

Everything worked out great! Unexplained infertility. We decided on IUI with injectables first...starting Lupron tomorrow on the AM...so exciting!!! Hope it works

According to RE, I will start tomorrow and then in a week I will start the gonadotropin therapy with the Lupron (so a shot in the morning and one at night) (hate needles) and then he will tell me when to stop. I think it will be before the HCG injection to trigger ovulation but I will find out next week when I see him again.

Dont worry those needles are teeny tiny.
I was a big wimp at first & now i could inject myself in my sleep....:)

Thanks  The nurse was very informative and she told me after the 2nd one is like "riding a bike" but we will see
