On our way to sign our contract.
I can not believe how quick this is all going. We are signing the contract this morning with the hope of closing on or before October 10th.

I could not believe it myself. The lawer says the ladyhas to leave at once because she is going to an adult home in vegas and she once to be in asap. She needs the money from selling the house to go to vegas so i guess that is why they are pushing all of this so soon.
