On WW and I've hit a plateau...
I'm so frustrated lately. I've been on WW online since August 2010, and I've lost 38lbs so far. I have another 50lbs to go to get to a healthy, realistic weight for me.
My issue now is I've been the same weight for 6 weeks. I'm glad that I made it through the holidays without gaining my usual 5-8lbs, don't get me wrong, but now I want the numbers to start moving again.
Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions to get those lbs to start dropping off again?
Thanks!!!

First of all, despite the plateau- congratulations on staying with it and a big bravo for losing 38lbs!!
When I hit a plateau, I've found it helps to change things around. Try new foods. Try new excercises. Your body might need a kickstart to get back into losing mood.

Thank you!
I tried implementing a "don't eat after 8:30" rule, so I'm trying to see if that will work, too!

Re: On WW and I've hit a plateau...
Tips for a plateau:
* Make sure you're still following the plan. Are you counting and tracking your PP values accurately? Are you still weighing and measuring? Are you exercising? Are you counting activity PP values? What about your weekly PP values? Are you following the good health guidelines?
If all of these are being done properly, change things up. Change your food choices, activity choices, etc.
