Once you started stims...
When did you go in for your first monitoring appointment after starting your stims? I started 2 vials of menopur on Wednesday (2/29) and don't go back until Wednesday 3/7. After reading some posts on here, I'm wondering if that seems like a long while before monitoring me to see how I'm progressing.

I'm waiting to start stims, but my RE does daily monitoring during the time a patient is on meds.

i went in 3 days after starting stims
ETA that was for ivf..when we did iui with injects it was about a week later after i started meds

for ivf i went 2 days after stims and b/c my estradiol was hi i went every day until retrieval

Don't be afraid to question it, and go with your gut. I'm on stims since Friday. It's Sunday morning and I'm in the RE waiting room right now for my first monitoring appointment.

You know, you're right. I didn't think twice when she first told me to come back NEXT Wednesday (a week later) but now I'm a little concerned since it seems everyone else goes in a few days after. This is for a fresh IVF cycle and the last thing I need to do is overstim! I will call the office in the morning and just make sure. Thanks!

No problem! Thank God they did monitor me today. They told me they're reducing my meds b/c I'm responding too well!

For both my cycles about 2 days later. When I went back while on Lupron for suppression my appointments were every other day. When I used ganirelix for suppression it was less appointments.
