One more BBT question
This is another weird BBT thing with me ... I know you're supposed to take your temp at the same time every morning when you first wake up... which I have done... However, just for curiosity's sake, I also took it at night a few times just to see what my daily fluctuation was, and guess what, EVERY time I take it at night, it's actually LOWER than it was in the morning! Everything I've read said your lowest temp is in the morning and highest at night, so now I'm just really confused. Any thoughts?

there are so many factors that affect your temperature throughout the day - including air conditioning, having just eaten or had something to drink, etc. Your temperature in the evenings is not reliable.

ITA! The basal body temperature is your "resting" temperature. You wouldn't get accurate results in the evening,
