One True Media help...baby montage
So I'm tyring to do a montage and #1 it's not letting me preview it and #2 I can't seem to upload one of my own songs.
Any advice from those who have made a montage?

Are the songs in an acceptable format?? That was my issue..some where on there it tells you which files it accepts.

Yea, that's what it keeps telling me. But all my songs are on iTunes

I had so many issues trying to upload songs when I did a montage. Ended up using the ones they had (this was when my dog passed away - not for Jack)

That's what happened to me too - I think the format from iTunes isn't accepted.

i tunes songs cant be used. You need to get the songs from cds' or another website.

You can't use songs from itunes. I found a free trial version of a converter online...that converts itunes to mp3 or whatever the accepted format is. I converted my song and then was able to upload to onetruemedia. I just never used the converter after that, so I didn't need to buy it past the trial period.

If you purchased from iTunes, there is a copyright protection.
A work around is to burn a cd of the song & rip it. Then upload it.
What song is it? One of us may have it.

I don't have that song, sorry!
I had the same issue, itunes is "protected" with a lock on the song. You have to convert it to an unprotected mp3. version. Barbara explained how- burn it to a CD and reload it onto your computer. Good luck!

I love most of the songs they have so I never tried to download my own. I love making montages. I make one for everything
