Open house question
Besides MLS, is there another way to find out about open houes? Lately, there are so many in my neighborhood that I see when driving. However, they're not listed. How can I find out about them without just driving around?

Check Newsday classifieds. A lot of FSBO (for sale by owners) list their open houses in the paper the weekend they are having them.

you can try each individual realtor's website, or newsday on friday or sunday.

You should find a realtor to work with- they will do all the leg work, find out about all the open houses, etc.
It's not like you have to pay them!

NEWSDAY - usually the Thursday or Friday section has the list of all the weekend open houses.
