This website (shoebuy.com) sells them and there are a couple of reviews. All pretty good reviews too!

oh well - no good. I just tried them on again at Famous Footware and b/c of my high instep, they are very uncomfortable.

I had the same pair! And just sold them on ebay because I found them to be really uncomfy! The back of them dug into my heels.
