Opinions Needed! Would You Get the WII or X-Box Kinect?

Personally, I love my WII however, many people would probably said Xbox

I have the Wii, but I have seen people play the xbox and honestly it is a lot cooler. Maybe Wii will catch up with the technology soon, but they aren't there yet.
I would definitely go for the xbox.

We have the Kinect and LOVE it! The kids play all the time. Hard to not let kids play video games when it means they are jumping around and getting a workout

Wii has more games for kids but Kinect is way cooler. I've tried both and Kinect is really ahead of the pack. Love the Dance Central game!
More games are coming out since its still relatively new so I'm sure it will surpass Wii soon.
Get the Kinect!

I was just talking to my BIL about this yesterday since he has both. He likes the Kinect better, but he's EXTREMELY frustrated with the lack of games available. He said he won't recommend it to anyone, at least until they add more games.

We have both and if she is looking for something to really make ou move then the Kinect is the way to go! The Kinect is actually monitoring your body movement so you can't cheat. The Wii is just monitoring the shaking of the controller so you can just sit on the couch and shake the controller with one hand and pop bon bons with the other!
