Good or bad? My OB really wants me to consult with them.

Re: Opinions on Gold Coast IVF??
I am a patient @ Gold Coast IVF. I only have wonderful things to say about Dr. Palter, the nurses & staff. I like the fact that it's a small practice. Dr. Palter is the only dr & there is personalized care. If you have any other specific questions, fm me!

Thank you! My OB loves them but warned me that they like to go to IVF pretty fast and I may not be an IVF case. So I am going to wait and see if I like another RE first.

Re: Opinions on Gold Coast IVF??
I was a patient there for about a year. Dr. Palter is an extremely knowledgable and competent RE. His staff was wonderful. After one year, 2 iuis, ivf, we decided to get a new set of eyes. I believe he helped my new RE get me pregnant b/c he was able to help rule out a lot plus we learned a lot from my failed cycles. His personality can be a bit much but i did love that you always saw him and he was very accessible. FM me with any specific questions. Good Luck!!

Re: Opinions on Gold Coast IVF??
I had a really good experience there. We conceived our DS there on our 1st cycle (medicated IUI) and I started going there again before conceiving DC2.
For me, we never discussed IVF so I can't speak to him pushing for it. I did feel he was aggressive with treatment in that my 1st cycle (I have PCOS) I was on metformin, clomid, triggered, and had b2b IUI's. But it worked on our 1st try! I was monitored closely and there was never any guessing.
I have absolutely no complaints. GL!

Opinions on Gold Coast IVF??
My sister was a patient of Dr Palter, and always said great things about him. She had 2 failed IUIs, and her BFP was from IVF. She just gave birth to twins 12/26 :) Best of Luck to you!

Re: Opinions on Gold Coast IVF??
In my opinion, Dr. Palter did not push for IVF. I believe that your diagnosis plays a big part in what treatment would be best for you. I had 2 iuis and just got my BFP last week!
