Opinions please on Pack N Play
So DH and I decided we are going to buy a Pack N Play. We registered for the Chicco one (on the bottom), but when we were at BRU, DH saw the Evenflo- Portebello one (the top pic).
Can anyone give reviews/experiences on either one?!?!
Not that it matters (b/c we're using gift cards) but the Evenflo one is $199 and the Chicco one is $159.
TIA!!

Does the chicco have a baby changing station? I used that feature a lot when DS was little.

Re: Opinions please on Pack N Play
the first one looks better and more practical - the changing table being elevated is a plus. ours goes right on it and DD kicks it all the time so i had to take it out. that one is high so DC wont hit it. and the storage spots on top are great for diapers and stuff.
eta - it really does depend on what u r using it for. we leave ours at my moms for her to sleep in and to change her on it.

I think it really depends what you're going to do with it. If your baby will sleep in it alot, you might want the hood that the Evenflo has, and you might want the diaper changing station. I think the Chicco would be fine -- I think you could still change the baby in there, and they could sleep in it just fine, you just have to decide how many features you want. Personally, I like the colors on the Evenflo better. I registered for the least expensive one BRU had $59 because I knew it would not be used much. We have only used it when we went to MILs house for a few weekends, and when we go outside -- we put her in it to play while we do yardwork.

We have the Graco one and love it. We did not use the changing table or mobile but we have used the bottom forever. DS loves to play in there with his toys.

Re: Opinions please on Pack N Play
I have the chicco and LOVE it. I never used the changing table feature, but it does come with it. My son slept in it for 3 months, and now we use it as a play pen for when i'm in the kitchen. I picked the chicco one b/c of the bassinet "mattress" it is nice and sturdy, yet quilted so it seemed comfortable.

Yes it does, though the photo doesn't show it. They seem to have the same features, but I can't find much info/reviews on the Evenflo one

I like one that has a changing station - and if the Chicco one does, then I would go with that. Personally, I don't think you need to spend $200 on a pack and play. i think mine was $129 - a Graco one- and it has a changing station, bassinet and the regular play yard and it's perfectly fine.

I would go with the cheaper one, they're all pretty much the same anyway.
